THE HOTEL
The YOMO Imperial admits dogs. Not with a hidden asterisk: it is the only pet-friendly hotel in Sant Julià de Lòria, so if you travel with a dog through the southern gate of Andorra, this is the hotel for you. It comes with a supplement and its own rules (among others, do not leave the dog alone in the room), which is confirmed when booking.
It has 44 spacious rooms, and “spacious” is what the guests say, not the brochure. Buffet breakfast with options for celiacs and intolerances, WiFi, reception, heating and air, and 50″ LED TV. Just the right thing, well done, at a Sant Julià price and not the center of Andorra la Vella.
You are at the southern gate: the border with Spain is about 3 km away, 2-5 minutes by car, and Andorra la Vella at 10. Naturlandia, with the Tobotronc and the Airtrekk, is 15 minutes away, so the mountain plan with children (and dog) is right next door. The hotel is outside the center, yes: in exchange you enter and leave Andorra without fighting with traffic.
