You are at the foot of the 6-seater Pal Arinsal chairlift, in Arinsal. Not “next to the slopes”, not “a few minutes away”: you put on your boots in the room and go skiing. Real ski-in/ski-out on the 63 km of slopes of Pal Arinsal. That’s why Patagonia is the flagship mountain hotel of YOMO Hotels.
It has 80 rooms, is a 4-star hotel, and all rooms have a terrace and views of the valley. There are apartments with kitchens for families: the 60 m² apartment sleeps up to 5 people and the 70 m² apartment up to 6, which is plenty when traveling with children. The gym was renovated in 2025, and breakfast and half-board options are available. Reviews consistently highlight one thing above all else: the staff’s service (9.3, the highest in the chain, without question).
You don’t need a car to ski: the chairlift is right at the hotel. Caldea is about a 15-minute drive away if you want to end the day in the thermal waters. You can leave your car in the free outdoor parking. There’s ski storage (with a deposit) and a bike workshop for those who come to cycle in the summer. It’s a bike-friendly hotel, and you can store your bike in your room with you. Adapted rooms are available upon request. Pets are not allowed this time.

The chairlift is right next to the hotel, so you can make your first run before everyone else finds parking. Pal Arinsal offers 63 km of slopes, open from December to April. Looking for a long day? End it off with a visit to the hammam or the "Patagonian Bath" (additional charge, reservations required, limited spaces) at Yomo Patagonia, or head to Caldea, just 15 minutes away. In summer, the plan changes: the hotel has a bike workshop so you can head out for a leisurely ride without carrying anything.
